
Trending @Infosys; WFo 10days policy against WFH balance
We have certain balance in our accounts as WFH
For example if we have WFH as 12 Holidays some 2 in a month In that case if we use up all 12days as WFH Then rest if we go to office that is under 10days is it fine?
Or do we strictly maintain 10days wfo regardless of WFH balance? Please suggest

WFO is very much flexible in infosys
Let say if you have 2 holidays and 2 leaves then you have to go only 6 days to office
This is a best policy of any organisation

This is not a case anymore We had a meeting yesterday and were told that wfo is 10 days excluding leaves and public holidays

Yes it should be fine, as long as you take only 12 wfh it should be fine..
The other 10 days you can go to the office or take leave or comp off and includes holidays as well

Ok 10 days to the office is not mandatory, just that we shouldn't cross our limit to use from WFH balance. Is it?
