5 hours of office rest wfh and apply od

Try to go to office on days where you have lesser calls or have a window during which you can commute back and take rest of calls/work from your home. Try to have 3.5 hours in office. Rest of days where you are busy through out you can work from home. If you are running out of balance ask your manager if they can approve some exceptional wfh. If not then start rejecting some calls citing travel due to wfo and loop your manager in your decline message
