Trending @Infosys; WFH rejected for bench from DX

Folks, am on bench starting from August and WFH requests are raised to DM. He has rejected my WFh requests since August 12. Please suggest. Thanks

Apply to your previous project manager. Remove dm name from there

I applied to previous manager, he’s also not approving mentioning that he will be in trouble as there is no WFH for bench in DX unit

If you are on bench they are asking for complete work from office so please come to office daily.

By default DM name was populating so I raised it

Try applying to tpd hr as well

Check with you manager it should not be sent to DM unless you are requesting for additional WFH
