On infyme, it is showing that I have 264 hours of WFH. It means if I apply one day of WFH, it only costs me 9.25 hours. I can apply for a 28 day WFH in a month. Does it mean that I am in total work from home conditions?

It depends on your project....most of the projects have 10 days compulsory WFO. Kindly connect with your BPHR to get clarity and make rectifications in the infyme app.
If your manager and DU are allowing you and your wfh balance is showing in hours then it's perfectly fine to do work from home. No need to worry.
Even i am getting 264 hrs , but manager has asked to go to office for 10 days
264 means all days it’s work from home only for others scenario 264 days will not come. Your case is different from other’s its Expectation.
