If anyone knows this pls let me know if went to office 10 days in a month ill be present in office for 3.30 hours later will travel to home should I apply work from home after I spent 3.30 hours in office or how is it like coz I have not applied wfh for the same day after completing 3.30 hours in office. Pls let me know

After 3 30 hr you can apply WFH for rest hr like If you work 8.30 to 12 or 12.30 Then apply WFH 1.0 to 5 or 6

Yes, As your working hours get calculated on 3.30hr basis so you miss the target of 9.15hr
It may escalate or they ask why you are not marking the attendance
