Hey. Any new moms or do you know new moms who have taken extension of work from home? How did you do so?

Yes, i returned from ML in Sept 2023. The baby was 5 months old then. HR called and informed me that I can continue working from home for a year just before joining date. So till Sept 2024.

Not in meternity. But at the time of joining at Infosys my child was 1 year old IAM still working from home from Feb
