Apply onduty for remaining hours

1. If you are in office for more than 3.5 hrs, then you don't need to apply WFH that day.
2. But you have to maintain avg 9.25hr quarterly.
3. So when you apply WFH, add remaining hours in to that.. 9.25 + (9.25-3.5)
