They'll ask bench guys to do wfo becz they know very clearly that most of us wont do any learning while at home.
So.. They want us to come to office, connect with peers and upskill.

So that they can be avoid paying salary to people who are living a life of luxury without upskilling by scrambling their mouse a few times per hour 😊

The real intent probably is to get like minded folks to mingle around and sort of to trim folks who aren’t comfortable with WFO.
