If we are not availing optional holiday. Do we have to go to office on that day if wfh quota is already exceeded or we can apply OD for optional holiday and do wfh?

If you don't apply for an optional holiday. It will be considered as a normal working day.

There will be two optional holidays either one you need to take.

In total you will have 10 gov holidays 9 + 1 optional you need to take out of 2
