Trending @Infosys; WFH is being displayed on a weekly basis.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Infosys and noticed that my WFH on Infyme is now showing as 2 days per week, whereas earlier it used to show as total days per month. Just wanted to check—how can I now opt for 10 days of WFO per month with this new weekly setup?

Happening for everyone. Just wait for it to get resolved.

I don't think so, mate. Colleagues with different skill sets and different projects have a monthly WFH arrangement—maybe I’m just a bit unlucky.

If you are on bench or client requirements is to have you work 3 days from office... Then only you will see this format... As I am also having the same due to client requirements

No choice you have to come 3 days in a week
2 days you can work from home

It not based on the unit it gets changed when we are mapped to some project either pre production or production. Because some projects have this weekly office policy

Will it remain unchanged while I'm still mapped to this project?

It depends on your unit.
If it's 2 days a week then you can only avail 2 days in a week.

So requesting my manager won’t make a difference?
