My suffering from typhoid.

I wanted to inform my manager and HR that I need 3 days sick leave and five six days WFH.

how many WFH exceptions will they allow in general if you have medical issue.

You can inform your manager about being sick, and they will approve it. I don’t think there are any limitations on it.
