Trending @Infosys; WFH exception not approved by BPHR, Need suggestions

I have requested a WFH exception for 2 months due to health issues. I have submitted necessary medical documents in the Hello Doctor portal and it has been validated by Infosys doctor. I have reached out to BPHR after validation but she has not approved my request yet. My WFH balance for the current month is expiring in 2 days. My manager and DM need HR approval to approve WFH pre-approval requests. Request your suggestions to resolve this.

You are in a very bad situation. As soon as your issues is resolved try switching projects or company.Actually if your manager emphasis to give wfh for you then HR will not come into the picture at all.The thing is your manager is not on your side so all these issues.

I have one doubt.... I have completed 2+ years in same project, I'm a DSE, as per policy I heard after 18 months we can ask for a release..??.. If I ask as per this then can I get release?

No my manager only asked me to drop an email to HR. I was planning to go to the office irrespective of my health issues. But my manager suggested that I work from home. But he is expecting BPHR to reply to my email.

Is it approved by HR?

HR doesn’t have to approve anything. You need DM approval. Your manager has to reach out to HR to get the doctor recommendation and then get app bed from DM
