Trending @Infosys; WFH Exception help n unsupporrite managers

I was going to Gurgaon till August but now need to go to Chandigarh.So,I raised travel request n my travel request wasnot approved by L7 be ause of unavailability n moreover they say u cant book from Delhi-> Chd.It shud be between DCs.It is my first tym going to my base DC

Moreover ECC is provided only for 7 days n I am not able rp find accomodation.So,I asked my manager to approve wfh.He said I can't ,u need to write to HR.HR is OOO.Moreover,this L6 mngr just ghosts everytime he doesnt want to respond.

Really feel helpless.No hikes.No support.Doesn't feel like a team in DNA.My previous mgr was so supportive but from the time I havr joined this team ,all I receive is ghosting even for significant matters.
