Trending @Infosys; WFH during PIP
Is there anyone who are in PIP and doing WFH not going to office regularly and attend the offline exam only. Will they terminate me in this case?
They will terminate only if you fail PIP.
Actually after My maternity leave(6months) i have been doing wfh (8months). I got PiP (because of more number of extensions of confirmation)which conditioned to clear the exams and mandated to go office 3 days a week. As I am not able to do so i am planning to attend only exams in my dc during pip. If i pass the exams, will they keep me in infosys or not(basis of attendance)
Usually passing the exams means you are safe but if they are adamant about firing someone, that is a different scenario. And based on your current health situation, they should allow WFH and only for the exams you will go to the office, but these will depend on your manager if the manager allows.
Check I count goals manager assigned you based on that you can work and you can clear easily.
Clear the easy certifications you will pass PIP as well .
