Trending @Infosys; Weekend shift scams
Hi Guys. I'm new here. I just wanted some suggestions from you on my 4 shifts work during weekends. I work during weekends from morning 6 to night 10 sometimes it will go to 11 due to activities.for this I will get only one day compoff on Monday. I mailed my manager to give atleast 2days compoff since we are working straight 16hrs during weekends. But he refused it as it is against the client rules. Is it normal to work like this or else is it some kind of special previlage for freshers in Infosys. I'm not sure to continue working here like this. Just needed some suggestions from you guys. Hope you advice me on this.

It’s not normal .. it can be an odd situation, but it is definitely not the plan from any account or project manager to make someone work for 16 hrs

One of my known works on weekend and he gets one compoff and allowance around 400/- per day
Yeah. Even managers from Infosys knows this. But no action from their end either.
