Guys, what is this policy, if we take leave on Friday and Monday, 2 more leaves gets deducted. In my case total 4 LOPs since my leave got exhausted.

Yes it does. It doesn't need approval. auto approval and auto debit leaves deducted by the system.

Yes man, hr said for lops on Friday and Monday will be calculated as 4. Don't know what the hell this is!

This is called sandwich leave type. They have configured such a way to deduct. Please check with the manager regarding this.

If you take leave on before and after the weekend it will be considered the leave for the weekend also. May be your alone having this
