
Trending @Infosys; Want to raise complaint on lead
I am working under a lead who sustains by only playing politics with the team and not working from onsite. He plays favouritism in the team and let the things done without working. He is working onsite but mostly he doesn't work and wants the offshore team to be available with him for his timings if the client brings up something to close in his working hours. Doesn't care about the team's wellbeing like food breaks nothing . 3 to 4 hours call at a stretch. One who spoke against him nearly got a heart attack that's how he was treated in the project everyday torture, hired people from his state for the project even though the person failed the interview but was soon removed from the project. Our Manager is good for the team but never goes against this leads behaviour even after multiple complaints from many team members who already left. I want to do something to stop this. The whole team is suffering just for the monthly salary but can't speak up. Any suggestions on raising complaints through the proper channel where teams concerns are really heard?

Mail chain to hr n loop everyone including manger saying the complaint has been raise by other team members,before that collect clues to prove your points.

Share your complaint over mail to HR and send a reminder on the top of your previous mails until they take necessary action. Keep all the senior project members and managers in CC

Take a gun and shoot thats only the thing can stop this happening not only in infosys but in every corporate .......And nothing else can stop them ....not even HR or head of the company.
