Trending @Infosys; Want to change my project.
Hi all,
I am currently a part of the FSDCG group and on a project with Bank of America. It has been more than 3.5 years that I have been in this project, and now it feels like I am stuck here. There's no new thing to learn. I want to change my project and move some other projects related to the payments domain.
If anyone has any leads or suggestions, please feel free to drop them here in the comments section.
Go ahead discus with your manager if you've done good job and able to explore new opportunities , none can stop you ive seen people leaving project within a year so tell them your aspiration they'll look for your replacement sooner in that case. Also you've given 3.5years to a project then outside market also will be pretty good for you to explore.
