Trending @Infosys; Want release from current project
I have been working in non technical project from last 2 years in CIS steam. And now i want to change the project within the company because night shift affect my health a-lot in recent months .I have completed more than 18 months as the CIS project requirement but they are not giving me release from the project what should i do ?

Though IJPs cannot assure u a movement , it can at least pass on your intent to the manager. Have a discussion with him offline as well on moving out of project.

Check for any other Project and ask that manager to raise a Request. and you can apply for that in Portal,nobody can stop your moovement
