Trending @Infosys; Visa lucky draw
Some of the colleagues from xyz location got an email regarding lucky draw for visa application, whereas in my location ABC location with same job level and same project with more seniority I did not receive that luckydraw visa application email. What could be the reason I am wondering why I did not receive it?
Because it’s a lucky draw.
Selection is lucky draw. But here the questions is why the application submission email did not landed in the mail box having everything same ?
Did you’ve ever ask your manager that you want to go on-site . Specifically to US. This conversation should happen through out the year. And especially during December . January is when folks are nominated. If you are a good performer with decent experience your manager will defintely nominate you if you let him know your aspirations
