Hello, I just got new manger. He is so toxic. Even if I meet him 5 mins ,he just gave his own work to me while I saw him sleeping so many times in office. Also He is poking everyone unnecessarily. He became headache to all my teammates. Please suggest me how to handle him. I just get irritated by seeing him.
Try recording that behaviour. Form a group of people who share that opinion , should be majority of your team. Reach out to your DM and report it.
Infosys is now becoming pathetic bcs of such managers
Schedule a skip meeting with his manager and HR and simply tell them we don’t want to work with him.
Don't work
Tell your whole team to file a complaint against him.
So how to move to different project, whome to approach because manager will directly reject our application for transfer

There's nothing that can be done here. Just move to different project or move out of the company
