Trending @Infosys; Verizon Project vs look for new opportunities

I have 3 years of experience in Angular, but I was recently assigned to a project that's completely based on .NET — a technology I have no prior experience with. Unfortunately, the manager on this project is extremely aggressive and constantly puts pressure on me. Despite not providing a proper knowledge transfer (KT), he blames me for lacking knowledge and even humiliated me during a stand-up call.

Now that I’ve completed 3 years at Infosys, I’m at a crossroads: Should I take the risk of resigning (without a job offer in hand), upskill myself, and look for better opportunities? Or should I stay in this project and endure the current environment?
