Trending @Infosys; VDI access denied
So I was using a VDI to connect to client server for my work. This week, it showed me as "Access denied" on the login window so I approached the client team lead. They didnt response so I reached out to my projects team lead. He also didnt respond. My manager is only one responding currently so should I inform him about this issue? Or wait till my team lead responds?

You should inform your manager. The leads might throw you under the bus.

Put up a group mail with every party involved and tell the issue for transparency so as to not blame you later
