Trending @Infosys; Variable pay percentage

Does preproduction or training affect the percentage on variable pay? I mean if we are on bench or pre production or training then it will have an impact on how much percentage we get on variable pay?

It depends on your prior rating. Bench can cause your current rating to go down which will impact PB next year

I'm on preproduction but didn't get a good percentage. Less than the previous quarter. Got a good percentage when I'm on a bench. Now I got less than that. From June I'm on preproduction
