Trending @Infosys; Variable pay letter

Hi, Are we going to get the variable pay letter or not?I'm tired of waiting for it from 16th.

We are already receiving Variable pay late i.e. for Jan-March we would be getting in May. But that also is not confirmed now. What is going on?
