Trending @Infosys; Variable pay confusion 😕

I joined Infosys in September 2024 and I completed my training in January and I received met expectations rating when my probation was confirmed but after that I didn't receive any rating and I am going to receive a rating for this year by the end of this month so I am confused on what basis is variable pay given because I guess we are given rating once in a year so for the entire next year that is for the next 4 quarters do we get the variable based on that rating?
