Hello all. I joined infy on August 11. Will I be getting variable pay in November?. They said 50% will be given in probation. So if I get in November then will I get 50% of total variable pay or 50% of August + September variable pay?

you will get 50% of what you’re supposed to get for that quarter. for example if your variable pay is supposed 20k for that quarter, you will get 10k
