Trending @Infosys; Variable pay after fnf
Hey hi guys.... I left infosys on 3rd of this october and I recently received my full & final settlement .it had all the components like leave encashment and pay everything except the variable component.But Im not sure about my jul-sep variable pay.. will I get it or i won't .. anybody got variable pay like that after releved from the organisation.
Is leave encashment still a thing ? If so how much did you get paid per leave?
You will get it but when the whole org gets it. With November salary

I left on 7th October and I checked with my HR during NP and she said that I am eligible but final recommendation lies with Delivery Manager. I suggest to wait till November and create an account on Alumni Portal so that you can raise a ticket on Portal for further info.
