Trending @Infosys; "validate" Status in notice period

I am serving notice period and served 45 days /90 days of notice period. But it yet my "validate" Process is not completed because my HR didn't complete it yet. Due to this my manager can't signoff. And HR id not picking call. Is anyone from Infosys know what happened if " Validate" Is not process by my HR. Will it delayed notice period or sign off automatically O last day?
