Trending @Infosys; Urgent suggestion needed

Hello everyone, a few days back I joined Infosys. Within the first week, I received a call for a project and the requirement is 5 days of working from the office. I live 30 km away from the office and I have a back pain issue; 5 days will be too much to travel. I'm ready for 3 days. What should I do? HR and everyone are forcing me to take this project. They are saying i cant refuse and shouting on me
