Hey Guys, Can someone please help on priority is it fine to go with Cognizant? Is Cognizant better or Capgemini to join considering both have almost same CTC offered. Looking for better work-life balance.
Join any one, after 1 or 2 years you will be again asking the same question with a different company IT giants have the same issues across
Yeah agreed, but after reading lots of negative for job security from Cognizant a bit worried bcz Capgemini offered a bit low balled than cognizant when checked intake salary.
Capgemini is better, as I worked in Capgemini. You can balance your mental health while working there, but hikes wont be much.
Oh great, you already been there. May I know is the same mental peace or Work life balance goes for Manager grade? I can totally understand mainly varies project to project.. but still
I would say based on project, but managers also don’t face any hurdles unless it is a prod activity or some other critical issue.
Cognizant is better than Capgemini... One major difference is salary hikes which are literally peanuts at Capgemini.. even cognizant hikes are not very good but still better than Capgemini...
Oh is it? I heard Capgmeini gave min 3% to approx 8% hikes whereas Cognizant gave 1 to 3% hikes. Can you please help confirming? However, variable is less in cognizant. I agree.
Capgemini is far better. Cognizant is more risky while on bench
Thanks for quick response. May I know work pressure wise as I came across in multiple forums, the capgemini management is not good and too much minor monitoring with lots of workload. Is that true? Cognizant yeah, heard job security concerns.
