Trending @Infosys; Urgent Assistance required Accenture's DOJ

Hi Everyone,

I received an offer letter from Accenture on August 1st, with Kolkata as the location. However, my preferred location is Noida. Before accepting, I was informed by HR and recruiting agencies that; after I accepted the offer letter will change the location and emailed the POCs. Based on this, I accepted the offer and initiated my separation from Infosys.

Despite multiple follow-ups, my POCs have not responded to my emails or calls. My last working day at Infosys is November 1st, and my Accenture joining date is November 4th, but I have not received any onboarding communication yet.

I contacted the Accenture helpdesk yesterday, and they informed me that my location change request was approved but your BGC is at the final stage we didn't share an updated offer letter before the Completion of BG check, and they said there is a possibility of extending my joining date. This is concerning, as I do not wish to extend the DOJ due to my LWD at Infosys. I also did not want to leave my current company before receiving the updates & onboarding emails from Accenture.

As around 15 days left; if Accenture does extend the DOJ, is it possible to extend my LWD at Infosys as well?

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this situation? To whom I contact ? I need confirmation on my joining date and location, as I cannot afford a delay in the onboarding process.
