About 50 people from our and some other unit were directly transferred to another unit together on permanent basis and even some of us were on project and were assigned a training programme of 2 months of another stream in which the training is not of that level from the ETA people. But from the first day of the programme we are just been threatened in regards that if any one of us fail to complete the training certification in first attempt, disciplinary action would be taken. The training consists of a total of 4 major technologies together and we are now told that within a month we have to clear the all 4 certifications which from my perspective is highly impossible and also in the mail we got the message that if we fail to clear the certification then disciplinary action would be taken against us. Need some advice in regards this.
bro, this is totally unfair! 😤 they can't expect us to master 4 major techs in a month and threaten us with disciplinary action. it's impossible and stressful. stand your ground and raise this issue with HR or higher-ups. don't let them bully you into this unrealistic timeline.
To be honest if you are on the bench for a long time then you should search for a job outside. They are planning for terminating. Termination happens in all DCs. But no-one is raising this issue on social media. HR team is doing termination as a silent killer.
