My colleagues who are having 2,3 years less experience getting more package than me. Currently I am leading the team but lam under paid. Can someone suggest how to increase my package based on my experience and work??

That's because you chose to do more work for less pay. Do as your designation and pay. I have seen people on JL4 are made to lead with the managers manipulative talks of getting experience, this and that, while there are JL5 who does same or even lesser work. I'm not saying you should deny directly but more responsibility isn't equal to more pay or growth. Only after joining grapevine I've come to know much the difference there in compensation for same JLs and even same experience. And vice versa

Get out from your comfort zone and switch.

As you grow more experienced typically 7-8+ , experience no longer is no only criteria for your salary levels. There are many PMs SPMs in infosys who have more experience than some of the DMs.
switch only and no other way if want to increase pay significantly.
