I am trying to submit papers on Infy me and HR is not responding to my query. What should I do??
HR usually responds after two to 3 weeks of your esep initiation. You can ask your manager if you can email the HR cc'ing manager. Then proceed with sending an email to your HR. HR would get back to you. If she still doesn't, send a reminder after a week.
After your first reminder, you will have a reason to ping her.
This Is what I did to get her approval.
I had same issue last week. Esep not work in mobile app. Also I had issue with desktop app as I don't have infy laptop.
Connect remote Then select web Apps Select chrome browser Open infyme app url Then search eseperation and rest you know
Is it important to get approval as early as possible?
I submitted my esep on 21st Feb, it is still not approved, when I checked with the HR she said she will approve it sometime in this month
