Trending @Infosys; Unable to decide to resign or not

I'm on bench code and have an offer but it is not upto my expectations. My joining date is 1 aug And I want to use my notice period as way to get more and better offers The thing is I don't know if I'll get a 90 days notice period or they'll release me immediately as I'm on bench and I need to resign asap Also they are putting me on pip due to my previous rating. “Asking for a friend”. Thank youuuu

If you have sufficient balance to handle expenses then I will suggest you resign. This will save you from pip and bench drama. And you have good amount t of time till 1st Aug to try your luck.
In case they release you early it will be good because immediate joiner has high preference for getting interview call. If nothing happens and also you have chance join on 1st Aug.

Try thinking in a way to reduce mental pressure and perform better of any interview chance you have in future.

You are in the best phase then. He should not accept the PiP and take the 5 months pay. So he is covered till August for his expenses and can use the time for finding new job
