10 days Wfh is fine. Many units are doing this mandatorily from 2023. If you have any genuine medical reasons then you can talk to your manager.

Many of the projects still doing wfh and just shifting towards wfo of 10 days in a month

As of now we are mandated to go 10 days a month, bro, if you are confident of Infy implementing all days of wfo, pls let us know from when it will be implemented and is it really authentic news.

Every unit is allowing 10 days ofc...if your manager is saying permanent ofc then i think he or she would be sick mindset with no families and other obligations except coming ofc and doing eyeball monitoring on reportees ..with himself zero productivity
