Trending @Infosys; Try Switching or wait for at least 2yoe?
I am a fresher with 1YOE, I have recently joined here and got mapped to a project but not getting good work, very less learning curve.
Considering current market situations and my experience please suggest me.
CTC :- 9.5, role:-Specialist programmer 1 yoe.
Try to get swtich bro as you are power programmer u can do it in less than 6 months
Let say you want to prepare which takes 6 months do take time and prepare for 6 months either infosys gives you 6% avg hike or if you do performe like getting commandable 8j icount you get promoted to L2 which gives more than 15LPA or you can switch to other company with higher package
Converting to L2 take 2yeras or 2.5 years atheist based on that preapre
Converting to L2 role is subject to your perform in icount for me I got 2 times commendable but when I am completing 3 years then they informed L2 role promoted very late
Bro, don't switch , look for better opportunities inside the organisation. You are SP and Infy really cares about SPs.
