Hi I have resigned in Infy and thinking of joining Accenture. Is it the responsibility of employee to provide form 9, 10, etc from EPFO portal for transferring the funds to new employer? Or will Accenture take care of these? How to withdraw superannuation and gratuity?

Everything is your responsibility. Your money. You have to chase them to initiate transfer after 3 months of working. Mark exit in EPFO portal. That's all.
