Trending @Infosys; Transfer of PF amount

I am currently serving notice period and i haven't got any offers yet.. Still preparing for the interviews. I wanted to know in the case when i am leaving the company, if i don't have any offers in hand, then will the PF amount still be in EPFO account also once i join a new company, can I transfer it there..?

Please help, i am bit confused on these...
