I m a new joinee and not allocated to project yet .its been 2 months now i got a document naming transfer letter in that it is mentioned as I have been transferred permanently from fsadm to ind appl .what does it mean?

You have been transferred to other Unit, you need to contact ind apply tpd for projects
Unit transfer is normal for bench talent.
