Trending @Infosys; TPU less than 50% and not eligible for bridge program
HR said my tpu is less than 50% so I'm not eligible for bridge program. I'm in project for 1.9 years but my total production utilization(TPU) is low?
I can't understand what's happening. Who gives us this TPU? Manager?
You mentioned that you are allocated to a project, but I feel the issue is that you were not billed to the client each month. Perhaps, due to budget constraints from the client, may be you were kept as a buffer resource for a few months, which impacted overall utilization. This is a possibility. Anyways check with your manager for confirmation.
You may be on a project doing work but may not be allocated to it. Basically working for free for the client without billing or on attaining code, If you are on a client project. That can only explain that your TPU is less despite your claim if being in project.
