Trending @Infosys; Toxicity at its highest
Infosys by far is the worst company I have ever joined. The work culture is really bad, seniors are nasty esp super bosses I work with are cruel, condescending and harsh. This lady I work with is so nasty I cannot imagine a woman being this bad.
There is no work-life balance and stakeholders expect you to work round the clock. If you do not agree they threaten you, and name-calling starts.
Bullying is a practice. They talk about inclusivity but the inside story is different. Bias happens all the time and they are big on IWD.
All in all it is a drity place dirtiest of all. Filled with hypocrites with favouritism.
I can feel your pain brother, i recently left the organization because of the same favoritism , bullying and toxicity, leave it as soon as possible but do report this to hr or raise a HEAR complaint not that they will they take your side but its the least we can do to fuck them.
Yes. You are right brother. I have similar experiences in Infosys. It is one of the worst companies. Even the clients are pathetic. You will get health problems in this corporate. You will not get money also. Also you have to work round the clock. Every project is same. HR is useless. HEAR is also useless. The organisation always wants complex tasks to be done in no time. I am planning to leave organization. Employees are given very complex tasks with tight deadlines.
Getting a good manager is blessing.. there are many such managers those are good .. but toxicity exist..
Try to change your project,prepare your resume,apply aggressively and start giving interviews, there are both good manager and toxic manager here.
