How can raise an HR complain. It been alot of trouble mental stress working with the current project manager. He can take leaves, but no other member in team is allowed to take leave he refuses straight away with xyz project reason. When it is officially off then also thus guy want people to work. I really do not understand what this guys is upto. He has like taken my life, my mental state and everything. If i would have any single offer letter with me even with same CTC i would be resgined immediately. This much tortured i feel but literallt cant do anything because i have multiple bills to be paid monthy. Any solutions! ðŸ˜
Apply to IJP or take release from project which is a bit risky as you need to have runaway of emergency fund to sustain yourself in case anything goes wrong.Also after release need to find a new project or job asap for this very reason.
Sorry to hear that. As long as it's not harassment /POSH nothing can be done, as he'll give in the bs reason of client requirement. Meanwhile do bare minimum and give interviews and switch.
