Trending @Infosys; Toxic work culture

Guys I am leaving Infosys because of long hours of work no appreciation no hike I received an offer from Accenture they're providing a good hike but today I have seen one video of toxic work culture at Accenture that PM's and TL's literally verbally abuse employees What should I do? Should I look for another company? I really want normal work culture I don't wanna go from bad to worse

If you have some time left before joining date you can get referral and apply to other companies. You will have more options then to chose from. Also it depends on project to project and the team with whom you will be working. There are both bad apples and good apples almost everywhere.

Toxic culture and hikes or appraisal, all depend upon your manager and team. It can be very good or same. You will come to know about it only when you work with them

Toxic work culture is everywhere . If you know job is your single source of bread and butter then learn to fight . That’s how you can survive, don’t get afraid of toxicity instead make yourself strong enough so that your strong mind can override the toxicity. All the best
Join Accenture, I worked there very good organization. You will like it

It Varies from projects, I have a peaceful work culture in my development project, of course we're getting peanuts, u should definitely change, at least u must have good work culture and less salary or the other way round in service based. All the best

Toxicity is in all companies . Grass always seems greener on the other side. But looking at your history in Infosys , you should definitely move out and try out in any other company. At the end of the day, it’s more about your emotional intelligence and how you manage your life and what you want from it. If you prefer a simple life, with not much demand, you can go for it. If you are ambitious, you have to fight for it and be ready for challenges
