Hi , please suggest . We have a toxic person I team who is not a manager but acts like one, is condescending to peers and juniors. Is the reason behind the team being constantly jittery and teetering on mental breakdown. Unfortunately this person has managers ears. Any suggestion is welcome.

Get rid of them. Document their behavior, gather evidence, and escalate to HR. If management ignores it, consider finding a better team or company. Toxicity spreads like wildfire.

Management is encouraging using psychological pressure to get work done. And the behaviour is so subtle that you feel violated and small but can't point out. Pathetic situation. Only solution seems to move out. But Infy doesn't change projects unless you change company or the project ends.

Arrange a skip meeting with your manager, ask everyone to tell manager that no one is willing to work with that person, whether move hin to a different team or release us.

And I’m sure this toxic person does NO work at all

Just ignore his her calls don't even listen
Don't listen anyone do your work and leave
We are already getting less paid so don't take that type of stress from any individual.
