How to change manager? Whatever work doing in our project hes even not considering! Everytime he's asking for weekend support and threading by this words! Rejecting my work from home!. Frequently doing this.. Not giving proper rating however getting appreciation from the client not doing well need to do weekend support.... When I am eligible for role change! Rejected by need to work more then 14 hours... Will release you from project and update hr as you are not working on weekend! Will move you to performance management Will Terminate you from Infosys!. Calling in untime and asking for updates and saying you are a bachelor you need to do this do that ðŸ˜... Can any one please suggest what to do to change manager!.😞

I can't mention the project name nor manager!. Not only me so many facing this!!!. My coworker got terminated because of this!!. Why should I post this and ask help from unknown on this time Sunday!!.. That's shit head called me on Friday by asking so many things and said 10 to 7:30 or till 8:00 will be working hours after that free time only I will get updates... and now again today asked updates...!. If u know how to help just help!.... Please...

This is the daily practice in Infosys I guess. Not in all accounts but few selected account has this. I have experienced this

All managers broo already wfh rejected two days.... And leave got deducted!!!... Suggest something to change manager broo... I am done with thisðŸ˜
Bro start recording his messages and such conversations later you can just use it against him when HR will be involved.

Broo most of the conversation are mobile calls! If we drop an email or if we reply him on teams means "Let's Connect" that's it no more conversations or emails.

Who is he ? Type his name . He is not human. If he is asking you to work on weekends and 14 hr ask him to drop you an email. You can escalate this to HR. Best is to move from infosys.
