Who else is facing toxic work culture at Infosys? Share your experiences .... Mine - my TL behaves very polite in front of other members but very rudely with me
I faced it from my TL and past manager. Now when TL was leaving in Oct 2023 everyone was worried as she had all knowledge of all applications and never gave any KT to any member in Team. When we were stuck at any point were seeking her help and after messaging her we used to wait for 2-3 days for her reply and after that when she connect with us she used to scold us and communicate bad feedback about whole team to higher management like manager, GPM and even Delivery Head. I was the worst person in terms of skills and behaviour according to her and according to other higher management people's as she made that perception about me. When she left everyone was worried about who will manage the track and all the applications. Then I took over everything despite being SSE and having 3 new TLs in my team along with 10 team members. I am single handedly handling 3 applications completely and 1 partially. Despite handling whole business process alone I have received NI ratings last cycle.🫠This is mother of toxicities

If I ping her personally, I have to wait for 4-5 hrs. And I ping in the team group tagging her where manager is in, then I can expect a response in 5-10 mins. When we have one to one call with manager, TL will say I am not asking anyone for help so I am getting delayed in completing the tasks.
