Trending @Infosys; Time required for processing PIP or resignation

Before sending me PIP mail ,My manager discussed certifications for PIP which are impossible to achieve..so I told manager that that I will go for resignation option.. she told me that she discuss this with HR .. all this discussion happened in last week. And nothing is happening till date.. my manager is not giving me clarity about anything.. PIP or resignation.. can you please tell me what is happening here.. I am really confused...

If you are not accepting PIP goals . Then only option is to resign. Infy has one hr per 4-5k people . Atleast 100-200 ppls will be in PIp per hr so they will not have time to focus. This time HR seems to be very reluctant with PIps. There seems to be no hurry to close cases
