Trending @Infosys; Thinking of resigning from Infosys today .......
Currently stuck in a project where learning has almost stopped, and growth feels stagnant. With ~3–4 YOE, it’s getting difficult to justify the experience without meaningful exposure or skill development. Is it a wise move to resign without having another offer in hand, considering the current market conditions?
Would appreciate honest advice from people who’ve been in a similar situation.

I've been applying since January and couldn't get many interviews. If you're on a support project or not in a project where coding skills are required, then I'd advice not to resign without any offer letter. Learn a skill, practice it, give couple of interviews and see where you stand. Then if you're confident that you'll clear all the rounds, then resign and apply.

For which role?

Convert some compromised offer like with less hike or with 2 months joining and then resign...you will not be in worst case scenario then.

If you have skills in any field to clear the interview go for it.... otherwise prepare well once you feel confident then put papers. Otherwise you will be in trouble.

I was given a couple of interviews last month and I was able to clear 1-2 rounds .. This gives me the confidence to move ahead.. Mostly the call I am getting is immediate joiner
